Our Labneh

We use our greek yogurt and further strain it to make labneh, a Middle Eastern strained yogurt often called “yogurt cheese”. Labneh is thicker and creamier with a spreadable texture similar to cream cheese or sour cream.

Our Labneh is mixed with spices comprising of oregano, thyme, rosemary and parsley topped with oilive oil.

Spread it on bread or toast, use it as a dip for vegetables or pita bread or serve it alongside roasted vegetables especially eggplant. Its a savory dairy product and a staple in many Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
